Park Place Olde Town (PPOT) is a five-story elevator-served infill multifamily development featuring 153 Class A+ one and two-bedroom apartment units. A transit-oriented development located eight miles from downtown Denver, this project played an integral role in the revitalization of Olde Town Arvada. Amenities include a 24-hour cybercafé, pool & sundeck, outdoor fire pit, outdoor kitchen/bar/grill area, fitness center, dog wash facility, bike/ski maintenance facility, and three elevated courtyards overlooking an activated city park. The PPOT site was an assemblage of four separate parcels, and construction commenced in 2014. The project featured a public-private partnership with the Arvada Urban Renewal Authority and achieved stabilization in 2016. PPOT was sold in January of 2018, and set a record at the time for the highest suburban Denver apartment sale price (per unit and per square foot).
